1. Alcohol can effect other people due to the behaviour of those that have abused alcohol
e.g., deaths caused by drivers with too much alcohol in them
e.g. beating up of spouse
e.g. fighting people in the street
e.g. anti social behaviour - pi$$ing in peoples gardens etc.
e.g. causing unnecessary work for the health service and the police.

2. I didnt make reference to whether any of these activities were legal or illegal - just asking SCC26 whether his view expressed in post at 15:47:29
is expanded to other activities
