Looking at league 1...

both southend and colchester have young, hungry managers who play young, hungry players (and watford come to think of it) and they are doing well.

We seem to have a manager who does not like playing youngsters (heard it from several youth team sources) and has no passion to gain promotion because it was half expected at the start of the season.

Young, hungry manager wanted imho.
