How can he possibly be not fit enough? Even if all they did was a bit of training then the matches would keep him fit.
There's something not right with all this, and it may be that Safri doesn't feel 100% and just can't be arsed to play for a s**t team anymore.
If he doesn't play tonight then we'd have to win our first game without him for a year to keep Worthy's job. Because if we can't beat Brighton at home, to extend a winless run to 8, with or without Safri, then Worthington simply has to get the boot.
