Dire Strats are NOT middle of the road music!.....

Middle of the road music is stuff like the Lighthous family,Beatiful South,Texas.

Dire Straits were a MASSIVE band in the 80's spending i think something like 1000 weeks on the UK album chart and doing huge world tours.
