What really interested me was Pollock explaining how he closed himself off, which basicall

y meant he too side on .I was always told when i was young that i was chest on,my action got better as i got older and understood the biomechanics of gowling abit more, but to put it simply, if you get TOO side on you can't transfer your weight quickly enough and can get back/hip problems,It's hard to get the balance right though if you didn't get alot coaching when you were young like me,and that's why public schoolboys have such an edge.
