(no 'o' in brough) and Stockton, like Hull, has seen a vast amount of city centre re-generation over the last few years, and are now far from the s**t-holes they may once have been.

What Middlesbrough will never be able to shake off is the industrial image. Still let's just tar all northern towns with the same brush shall we?
