Stick with it till the end of season

The way I see it is that we have enough in the side to get enough points to stay in the championship. Worthy has had some injuries this season but that can't detract from the football we've been playing and the fact that he's completely screwed up transfers wise.

On the other hand a new manager would have time to assess who he needs and who needs to go. But even then the majority of the deadwood have a lot left on their contracts and can't just be moved on
