Yep - agreed Maisey, its a very noble cause.........

but the problem is that until you drastically reduce or eliminate the endemic corruption in Africa, the people won't see any tangible beneift, whether or not we cancel all their overseas debts. No debt repayments means alot more will go into the pockets of politicians and civil servants.
