The problem in my opinion is that our youth system is not producing the quality. This is often down to Worthington bringing in hasbeens / loan players etc and playing them in preference to the youngsters. This is total mismanagement and makes our so called wonderful youth set-up look utterly pointless. So, instead of Waghorn talking about how will this side bond over the coming months, he should be pointing a finger at the total mis-use of the youth system.
