We need players to take responsibility

Someone out there, has to take the game to the opposition, either by contesting every 50-50 very aggressively, even winning 60-40 balls in their favour, would start a real atmosphere going. If then we upped the tempo, and played aggressively with pace, passion and hunger, we could start getting some great results. We need leaders on the pitch.
