No leadership from our squad - I agree

Where are the leaders on the pitch? Not the clapping and geeing up. I mean a player who will take the game by the horns and enforce himself onto the opposition and take control - lifting the crowd, and then the rest of our team. That's what we're missing. It could be a confidence thing - but we need someone like that desperately.
