Hughes is a water carrier - that is his role for me

Holt was our water carrier when we got promoted. The problem with our team is that we simply do not have a right midfielder! Someone's got to play there - and whoever does is likely to be crucified as they're out of position!

Worthington HAS to address this shortcoming soon - to balance our team.
