The local press will not openly criticise the club

as they are too loved up with Delia. If they come out and criticise either Worthy or the board it will upset their cosy little relationship and stop them getting invites to Delias candle-lit suppers. If my memory serves me right they were not critical of Chase during his tenur at the club.
