So they get it cheaper then?

But they have the "option" to pay it back?

I cant see many people offering to pay it back! Sorry, i do disagree with this as why should i work for my money and pay full price, when someone who doesnt work gets to go "on the cheap"

I understand that some people are genuinley unemployed and are in difficult circumstances, but i think a lot of other people do and would take the piss out of this
