We were completely out played and outclassed today by a team that

cost less than Earnshaw. The manager has to go. A new manager needs a few months this season to start clearing out the dead wood so he can have a headstart in the summer.

Moaning at the games won't help at all, completely agree, but neither will sitting idly by well the club becomes increasingly more of a shambles.
