It works like this..

If nobody gets 5 numbers & 2 stars tonight it gets rolloed over to next week. Then here's where it changes: If nobody gets 5 numbers & 2 stars next week the 'jackpot' prize is then shared out between those people who have 5 numbers & 1 star (and there's always some of those each week)
