Just imagine them having a similar mentality, really.

I reckon Wise would like a player who was aggressive, hard-working and runs around a lot. And was a dressing-room 'joker', as Hughes apparently is. Would remind him of his Wimbledon days.

I actually think Wise did a decent job at Millwall but I wouldn't want him anywhere near my club, the man is a complete t**tter.
