Its not just about baggage.....

If you have a 4.9% unemployment rate and say 3% don't even want a job.......you are probably dragging the bottom of the barrel unless you are lucky to find a quality person who has just been laid off.

He did say that of the people they currently hire, he is lucky if 1 in 10 works out long term.

Good people have many more choices at the moment.
