I would be surprised if the loans cost any more than 500k

Earnshaw was 2.75 million up front so the whole lot should only have been 3.3 million at most. We got 5.5 million for the Ashton deal so there should be a couple of million left, add to that another 2 million form next years parachute payment and we should have around 4 million to spend, wishful thinking maybe but it's all there in black and white.
