Subtract one from the number of goals Norwich scores

Do Norwich then win? If so, the bet wins; if not they don't. So if Norwich win by two clear goals, the bet wins, if not then not.

You can also get things like -1.5 and -1.25 (which is half on -1 and half on -1.5).

The original thinking was something like, in any game with any strength teams, some line like that is going to be roughly evens and therefore an enjoyable thing to bet on.
