No. The reason we'll struggle to establish ourselves in the Prem is our owners

By which I mean: we're not rich enough. Because we're not rich enough, any expensive signings we make will always be horribly fraught gambles which go wrong more often than not; and because we're not rich enough, we won't be able to upgrade that much in terms of managers either.

Meaning we'd have to get everything - absolutely everything - right in order to establish ourselves. We have no margin for error. It'll always be like this under the current owners, who bring a lot of good, but also limit our potential in the mad, mad world of football as multi-billionaire's pissing contest.
