He maybe 6.5 or 7!out of 10

Could do far worse but I also wince at some of his decisions and inability to learn. If Man U or arsenal need a manager next week I don't think we neee to fear. Or for that matter any premiership team. That tells a story.

That said he got us up before and I still think will this season. He has a lot to prove though to be a top manager
