Yes I know it's fewer points but

I do feel that
A) newcastle are rivals for automatic promotion so taking 2 or more points from them would be worth one of ours

But more importantly

B) every game name now that Newcastle are behind even on 89 minutes they will feel they can win. Like us under lambert.
Conversely every time we're ahead the fans, manager and players will fear another Newcastle.
Think how much the 6-2 affected us last year an totally lost his bottle after that.
Would I swap that for 1 point. Yes.
