Yep. Mostly. The old route for the Sheffield 10k was flatter than the Run Norwich 10k.

It's a hillier route this year though. The old route followed a river for eight of the ten kilometres, four km out and four km back. The last KM had a hill, but not a really big one.

The Sheffield half mara goes up a Big Bastard hill. To the extent that the finishers t-shirts are emblazoned with I Conquered The Hill, and you get a particular timing just for the hill section.
