Was chatting to a club employee yesterday.

Not coaching staff, but regularly comes in to contact with the players. Was very complementary about Naismith, but said he had struggled to settle. New baby, house move etc. Said he looked a different man following a permanent move to a new house. Sure the Everton game helped too. Fingers crossed.
