Really easy for tabloids to stir up something from nothing when young players catch the eye.

I agree that the pair of them fit a particular profile. They look and sound like they understand how best to make progress and that will be, for now, with us.

People can say what they will about our ability to attract players; our record on retention and new contracts is pretty good.
