I say stick them on 9 month rolling deals, like Lamberts 12 Month Rolling Deal but shorter, and with all manner of clauses (in our favour) and after every 2 good games drop one out for the other, to nip complacency in the bud and also to prevent Burnout In Young Players. The dropped one has to do a 12 hour shift in Yellows, whilst Frank glowers and shakes his fist at him during random performance checks.

This will imho incentivise the s**t out of them to turn it on in the City Shirt.
