that high stress exercise along with a controlled diet is the way to remain fit and healthy.

Of course walking 10K steps is better than sitting on your arse but it doesn't compare to real exercise that raises your heart rate and feels exhausting.

The steps bulls**t is an elusion of fitness to make people feel good who are too lazy to do actual exercise and/or eat well.
