Then I'll put in that I biked 2 miles home, and that will say it's 100kcals a mile or something like that
I find all this very misleading. In my opinion thelike you implied, a guide, and not an excuse to biking and swimming comes to about 250-300kcals tops, not 600
I just wonder if some below who've said they've got a bit fatter cos of these things, is because the science is a bit off
