Whenever I'm building a team of lawyers I always try to include a pessimist. They always see stuff the rest of us miss.

I really enjoy reading Jim's stuff, he's knowledgeable and intelligent. Yes he's often more inclined to dwell on the negatives but I learn stuff from people who see things differently from me. I can always filter out stiff I don't agree with.
