Tell you what I think of Jim. I think he's demanding and he wants the best. Good. And the s**t he gets for being demanding and wanting the best is absolutely outrageous. People don't debate what he says; they just attack him instead. Playing the man, not the ball. And it's always the usual suspects who do so too. It's like a school playground.

As for the team: today could be, just *could* be, the most significant result and performance since Bournemouth away in Alex Neil's first game. A real step up today; really encouraging stuff. And the way the Murphys are emerging is a delight.

I still look at our squad and am not too sure; we'll see what happens when the winter and heavier pitches come etc. But right now, automatic promotion is there for us - all things being equal there's no-one better placed to finish 2nd than we are. And there's no better Radio Norfolk analyst than Super Mark Robins either: a breath of fresh air all game long. Can we have him every week please?
