the real burning question to day is .... drum roll ...... is

WTF do i wear this afternoon its not cold out , so shorts are ok and a T shirt , but the forecast is for rain

Do risk it with out a coat of some description , or do do i take a light coat , which even light one will make me sweat like , well you know the line
