When it is Very Cold only.

I have incredibly hot and sweaty feet, so I cannot slipper until the mercury is very shy. I can barely even sock at home this side of Christmas, let alone slipper.

Plus, I fell down the stairs earlier this year, all down to my slippers (there's a clue there, had I the wit to decipher it), which makes me slipperwary.
