Just spoke to a mate of mine who still lives in the Fine City

And he told me that his son and his mates (4 lads, each aged 15/16) were all beaten up in Chapelfield Gardens by 5 men (in their 20s/30s) on Saturday night. Completely unprovoked, they just walked up to them as they were chatting, waiting to get picked up by their folks, and punched/kicked them all for about a minute, then walked off. No serious harm done (the lad that took the first punch was worst off, needed a few stitches), but they're all quite shaken by the experience.

I know these things can happen anywhere, but is there a lot of this sort of thing about back home these days? Haven't lived in Norwich for a bit over 20 years.
