Lived in Zurich for a year – nigh on 20 years back!

Was working as an English-language assistant at a school for adults during my third year at uni, and made (at least some) conscious effort to pick up a bit of the old Schwytzerdüütsch. (See I'm not even sure if that's how it's spelt any more.)

Followed FCZ back then, but would go and see Grasshoppers too when they were playing in town.

Such a beautiful but in many ways troubled country. But then, aren't we all...
