Good post. Player motivation//attitude is a massive challenge for AN.

Another difference from 2014 is that we've got a lot of young potential now that we didn't really have last time, Redmond excepted. I think we have a good mix of good old heads and young guns. If we get a run going then the motivation will be fine, but if we hit a sticky patch between now and the end of October then players like Brady will be looking to protect themselves and jump ship come January, as you suggested.
