Every player we wanted agents would have gone to them first saying can you beat Norwich offer? If our competitors were Bournemouth etc we would have signed our targets like gayle etc. As a player you would rather play in front of 45000 on 40k or 25000 for 30k. To be fair the board will struggle to compete with that.
Mind you our recruitment appears to be a joke... disorganised and not looking further than the uk
