It is a bit like that.

You are selected and everyone on the mailing list gets 1 vote.

There is no black ball but you do need a vote of 75%.

Selection is based on your posting history. You can also be deselected if you reveal the contents of the e-mail ,even mentioning it doesn't go down too well. I'm taking a risk telling you even this much.
