Don't get me wrong

I know there all sorts of things which can put a spanner in the works and I'm sure we've been the victim of many. However: if we have been negligent in doing the preliminary work, then questions surely have to asked. Unfortunately or maybe not, we will never be party to what went on. OTBC!
