The admirable Nelson Oliveira deal is now 99% done

according to Read Norwich. He has apparently agreed personal terms and signed a four-year deal which will be formally announced later today. Forest can no longer do anything to rock the boat. Registration details only remain to be sorted out. Other deals are expected to quickly follow.
