There appears to be no strategic planning whatsoever and has not been

for two or three seasons. Since Neil came in it appears to be particularly chaotic but not sure if that is down to him or the fact we have not had the structure behind the scenes to help him out.

We seem to sign players who become available regardless of the fact we already have good players in those positions whilst ignoring glaring holes/weaknesses in the squad elsewhere.
