I find it funny that last season we lost a lot of points due to individual errors and

mistakes / poor thinking and decision making by players on the pitch, and we got relegated.

Same thing happened yesterday.

Players also need to stand up and hold their hands up when they f**k up too, like Neil does if his game plan doesn't work out

It's a joint effort.
