If the club wanted to reorganise things and take a longer term view, I'd be quite happy

Because it's obvious the squad we have under the owners we have isn't good enough to stay in the Prem. And the owners we have condition our ability to bring in any manager capable of working miracles.

I don't sense - or personally, feel - the same urgency as 2 years ago. And I'm probably rather bored of it all in some ways: go up, come down, go up, come down, and always come down off the back of miserable, defensive, self-defeating performances.

We have a new CEO and a relatively new Chairman, but the club still needs freshening up if you ask me. New vision, new ideas. As for Neil: it's healthy that many are questioning him, and if we're drifting around come November or December, it'd be time to change things then. Not yet though. If more signings come in, we have to give them and him time to bed in, and see where that leaves us.
