We won't have the luxury of time this season. For me he's got 4-5 games after transfer window closes to show that he's got the nous to do well this season and I'd be wanting the club to be preparing the Plan B already.

(Assuming promotion is the be all and end all. If not, then he will be fine and we'll do ok. probably be in with a decent shout of play offs. So it's not as though it's a disaster to keep him.)
