Always has been dubs, since time began and can't see I changing any ime soon.

I don't pretend to know the NHS like some on here I only see my local practise and where when I was a kid you had a receptionist and four doctors now you have about 3 layers inbetween and to even see a doc you have to have a phone triage and it's not great.
