the first picture looks a lot like a poomer, i suppose it could be a cat with a brucie forsythe chin going on but it has a strong whiff of poomer about it so i'd say yes that is infamous Norfolk panther prowling near Saxlingham Nethergate. Not sure how they know it is from Norfolk though.
