Did you hear that Sir Micky Wilshire wants more maverick teachers? In my experience, most (but not all) teachers who describe themselves as maverick are generally lazy and 'seat of the pants' merchants. They use the label as an excuse. I'm sure that is not true of you. Also, I did reply to your Billy Bragg post. I did think you might have been there when he made his comments. Interesting... Hope you're enjoying the break. Those 'back to school' adverts are becoming annoying...
