Oliveira - Forest fans' views

I know quite a few Forest fans, and got chance to discuss Oliveira with one today. The general view is that he is premier league standard, and he was definitely one of the best players at Forest last season. Infact my mate can't understand just how they managed to land him in the first place. He is very skilful, strong, and pretty quick, but has a tendency to be over-elaborate. A good finisher and scored some important goals for them.
Would fit well into our system. It will come down to money, but I don't think it would be ludicrous wages. I hope we get him on loan.
