KLM breaks down its flight fees these days. Here is an example from my return flight to Bristol at the end of September:

Passenger service charge 25,55
UK passenger charge 15,06
Airport service charge 13,00
Safety charge 10,53
Noise charge 0,50
Total price 115,64

That is a one hour flight. One hour, 25 euros just for the service which involves chucking a mini bag of peanuts and plastic thimble sized carton of orange juice at you, then coming back and chucking said items in a bin bag.

So no, I wouldn't tip them even if it were accepted.
