I wouldn't say self destruct, necessarily

The Tories have a majority of 12, so we weren't in Thatcher '83 territory at the general election last year.

However if Corbyn remains leader it will start heading in that direction and he has a snowball in hell's chance of improving Labour's performance at the next general election.

Which is a tragedy.
